Salam and hello all.

In this entry, i'm gorgeously wanna bring all of you to my tiny kitchen 
and share the must-try recipe which i've found in one of my favourite blogger's post
 when i'm doing the blogwalking last month ago.
Don't worry because this simple recipe sangat senang sekali.
Nasib bait mood and virus rajin aku suddenly came 
and flowing happily into my vein today. 
As maybe today was my off-day, 
the 1st Saturday of this month which i've been missing for a long time.
My dates with my Enrique Iglesias was cancelled today, 
since his little sister came back home from her hostel 
so he finally decided wanna sungkey together with his big family .
Therefore, i have so much time to accomplish my pending mission 
sebab sebenarnya dah almost a month aku berangan nak molah
 Colorful Chocolate Coreo Cheese Cake tok.
Its only Oreo ekceli, tapi aku tok saja jak loba rename jadi COREO, 
sak suma C's!
HAHAHAHAHAHA.

I am not a big fan of Oreo ekceli, as well as a cheese's lover.
Tapi aku tok sengaja jak mok coba nguja try test and experiment new things.
Nyaman or sik nyaman, pretty or ugly, it was the second thing. 
Mama awal awal dah warning melarang molah takut sik abis makan 
and waste money katanya.
BUT WHO CARES?????

Okay, enough for the intro.
So, selamat mencuba everyone! 
Apologize me, mun recipe tok sik menjadi or sik nyaman ka.
This is my first trial, so there were some lacks and errors here and there.

Except Choc Mars, all of them are the ingredient that we need.


Colorful Chocolate Coreo Cheese Cake


2 packets of different flavors of Oreo

Fresh Milk + Whipping Cream

A packet of Sliced Almond + A packet of Cream Cheese

Creamer, curi from my mom's cupboard!

Hundred & Thousand Beads + Choc Chip + Gelatin
{ For Decoration }

First and foremost, unpacked your Oreos.
Mince them by any ways and methods you like.
Tapi lebih proper and sopan than what i've shown up there in the pitcha. Aku tok sik penyabar kowh, so i chopped them using lesung batu dengan sekuat ati aku hehe.

Tutok lumat lumat macam nutok suntong tutok, makei tukol pun bagus. Mun takorang tengah manas or putus cinta pun lagik great to produce awesome and better outcome haha.

Next, squeeze your cream cheese into the acuan or bowl.

Ewwwwww, mafacamfamtafayikfik jak eh! :D


Mix together with the fresh milk. Agak agak dalam half of small cup la. But mine macam overdose jak milk ya and sik balance ngan amount of the cream cheese.
Pandei pandei takorang estimate okay.
Jangan engkah banyak gilak ahhh.


Oleh kerana aku tok ketuyak beng beng sik pandei nak estimate, aku tuang whipped cream lam cup dolok to play safe hehe. We just need about 100ml of it only. Sik guna ada quantity surveyor macam aku tok. Jahanam jadi cake tok oleh aku.


Selepas itu, silalah kau masukkan creamer manis ke dalam adunan cream cheese, fresh milk dan whipped cream tadi.
Aku hanya letak 1/2 tin creamer ni. Kalau kau suka manis manis, masuk je la 3/4. Tapi kalau kau nak sumbat satu tin dengan tin tin dia sekali pun apa aku peduli. Jangan salah kan aku kalau kau kena kencing manis nanti ye.
Alamak,kenaper dgn aqu ni tiber tiber cakap camginih nie. geli urat geruk sayer tawww . HAHAHAHA!

Benda tok gik satu hal. Aku sik paham what the hell gelatin mok ditikam lam adunan tok juak. Tang pelik jak rupanya. Gel ak nang nya! Setauk aku gelatin tok haram di makan. So mun mok selamat dunia dan akhirat, just get it at the bake shop confirm ada yang halal. Aku rasa nak, aku tersalah baca instruction lam blog ya ehh. Nya madah, engkah gelatin 2-3 sudu besar and dicampur dgn aek panas ckit. tapi iboh banyak gilak. Motifnya, untuk mengeraskan cake. Aku ekot jak apa dipadahnya and hasilnya seperti lam gmba kat atas tok. Hentam jak la. Lu pikir laa sendirik!

Taaadaaaaaaaa! Maseh ingat sik ngan chopped oreo takorang tadik? Gaul gaul kan lam mangkok, sak flavour nya becampo before takorang engkah nya lam adunan nok tadik ya.


And then, tikam jak choc chips and sliced almond. Recommended to put less of sliced almonds sebab aku sik suka how its taste mun u guys put too many sliced almonds in it. Tapi choc chips engkah seguni pun sik apa hehe (:
Simpan ckit choc chips untuk bab hias menghias kelak.


And the last step is the time for decorationnnn! This is my most feveret part of the entire processes. Macam climax rah endingnya haha. Susun extra oreos depend on your own cretivity. Snows all the choc chips and colourful hundred & thousand beads as the topping of the cake.
Settle of messing up your cake, freeze them into the freezer for about 2 hours.

Hoyeahhh dah siap pun cake kitaaaa! Its really hard for me to cut if off nicely and sexyly tapi believe me the taste was good enough for me. Rasa macam ice cream jak aie. Tapi aku pun cake a lil bit lembut maybe sebab tersalah estimate overdose of fresh milk. Or maybe aku tesalah beli fresh milk cos sbenanya aku bukan beli fresh milk tapi full cream milk. Is it both of them are two different things? Why on the earth i didnt know whether they are the same things or not?? Argggh. Fine. Ngakuk aku nang sik pandei masak. AZZY NANG SIK PANDEI MASAK SEBAB YA NYA SIK PANDEI MAKAN BANYAK BANYAK.
 Booooooooooooo!
